My name is Mo Simmons and I advise sellers and buyers! Buying or selling a house can be an overwhelming and daunting process so I make it my priority to help them navigate the confusion of home values and the mortgage process in the Greater Milwaukee area.
I am committed to continuously increasing my skills and knowledge. I am the 2023 President of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR). I served as past President-Elect, past Director of Programs, and past First Vice President. I am an active member of Take Root Milwaukee which is a consortium of over 40 community organizations, neighborhood groups, HUD-certified housing counseling agencies, Realtors, and lenders working to promote sustainable homeownership in the City of Milwaukee. Earning my ABR designation was a crucial element in my career as it helps to level up my focus while working with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Earning my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation helps me to advise U.S. service members, their families, and veterans in finding housing solutions that best suit their needs and to help provide the information they need to take full advantage of available benefits and support. Earning my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS) designations to enhance my skills in pricing properties and guiding clients through the misperceptions they often have about home values.
At EXIT Realty Horizons I have been recognized as Agent of The Month and on the Top Producer list. I serve as an Engagement Leader within EXIT Realty Horizons where I am responsible for keeping my colleagues updated on our newest technology and encouraging them to utilize the tools we are provided to help keep us successful.
In my spare time, I enjoy driving around the city and discovering the beauty, and uniqueness, that the different cities, villages, and towns have to offer. I'm all about giving back to the community in any way that I can and I do by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Revitalize Milwaukee. Spoken word poetry is an essential part of my life; I love writing it and seeking out different locations to listen to it.
